Our achievements
in property management have a lot to do with the fact that the company
is family owned and operated. As such, the principals of The Wynford
Group have always maintained an active involvement in operational
matters with a strong commitment to our clients.
We are licensed,
bonded and fully accredited by the various governing bodies and
the Superintendent of Real Estate for the management of property
and the maintenance of trust accounts. All of our property managers
are licensed under the Real Estate Council of B.C. which is the
regulatory authority for the Superintendent of Real Estate in
British Columbia.
