We are licensed, bonded, and fully accredited by the various governing bodies and adhere to the requirements of the Real Estate Services Act in the management of property and the maintenance of trust accounts. With respect to the latter, we are subject to audit by the Auditor General of B.C. as well as the Real Estate Council of B.C. Also, all of our property managers along with the principals of the company are licensed under the guidelines of the Real Estate Council of B.C.
