Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP)

For your convenience, The Wynford Group offers a Pre-Authorized Payment Plan to facilitate payment of monthly strata fees. This plan allows an automatic debit of your chequing account each month in the amount of the monthly fees.

We encourage you to take advantage of this method of payment as it will eliminate the need for you to remember to make monthly payments, or to issue a series of post-dated cheques in advance.

In the event that you choose to take advantage of this service, we attach the necessary form for your completion. Please note that, along with the completed Enrolment Form, we do require a blank voided cheque and sufficient cheques to cover your strata fees until your PAP enrolment has been processed (see item #2 of Enrolment Form).

If your bank account changes or if you wish to cancel the plan, we require a minimum of fifteen days notice prior to the first of the following month.
