Personal Information and Privacy Forms

The Wynford Group is committed to protecting the security, privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.

In order to aid us in this pursuit, please help us ensure our records of your personal information are accurate and complete, by submitting an Information Update Form to our office, with your latest contact and tenant (if applicable) information.

If you would like to request access to your personal information records in the custody of The Wynford Group, please print the Information Access Request Form, and submit it IN PERSON to our office. The form must be submitted in person because we must verify your identity before releasing copies of your personal information to you.

If you believe that The Wynford Group has mishandled your personal information in any way, you are entitled to submit a complaint to our Privacy Officer. We will do everything we can to ensure that your complaint is addressed and investigated in a prompt, professional manner. To make this type of complaint, please print the Privacy Complaint Form, and submit it to our office.
