
We provide a full
range of property management services that can be tailored to
meet individual requirements. For example, financial/administrative
management is available in those cases where full management is
not appropriate. Flexibility is important as properties seldom
have exactly the same needs and we have the capability to deal with
virtually any variable(s) or special circumstance(s).
Our portfolio is
comprised of small and large acreage townhouse complexes, multi-level
and high-rise properties, which range in size from 80 –
1,222 units. Most of our clients are properties with between 150
– 350 units. Over 85% of our clientele have come by way
of referrals.
Apart from multi-use
properties, we do not accept either commercial or single-family
rental dwellings. We do not believe it to be good business practice
to try and be all things to all people. Consequently, strata corporations
constitute the major portion of our gross volume and this will
continue to be the case.
Over the years,
we have enjoyed one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry.
This we attribute to the high level of services we provide, and
to the good chemistry and operating relationships between our
clients and ourselves. In the management process, we accept that
it is the responsibility of Council to set policies, issue directives
and make value decisions. In support, apart from general operating
demands, it is our job to provide essential information to Council
and offer guidance when and if required (such as issues relating
to legislation, regulations, and bylaws).
In addition
to our Vancouver office, we also maintain a branch office
in North Vancouver.
