As of May 1, 2026, Metro Vancouver has officially implemented Stage 2 water restrictions in response to ongoing dry conditions, reduced snowpack, and increasing pressure on the region’s water supply.

- By hand watering or drip irrigation at any time
Vegetable gardens are fully exempt and can be watered at any time
